Day 5 to Estella

The country has opened up and is drier with fields of wheat, olives and white asparagus.
The day walking ended well with a three course meal on the plaza: local veges, fresh white beans in a tomato sauce, oven baked salmon and pork chops for Tom.
The local cathedral is spectacular. Built into the hillside with carved pillars, stained glass and sections of both lovely simplicity and a totally OTT baroque side chapel. (sorry those photos on Tom's camera)
This walking gig is great! When all you have to do in a day is walk and explore you can't help but feel spoilt.
It's pretty hot but I adapt easily to the siesta lifestyle!
